Part Time Store Assistant

Seeking part-time employee to assist with small, boutique gift shop located on an organic farm. Tasks will include greeting and helping customers, conducting sales, arranging merchandise, assisting with events, and generally helping to run the store. Applicant should possess the following skills:

• Customer service experience with a friendly, pleasant demeanor (greeting customers, helping with selections, answering telephone, etc.) required.
• Previous retail and cash handling experience preferred
• Knowledge of organic gardening/farming helpful and preferred but not required
• Must be willing to learn basics of organic gardening
• Must be available weekends and for events
  
  Great for students, though applicant MUST be available from April to October.
