Veggie seed sales up
It's nice to know that more people are chosing to grow vegetables, not just in the US. I am increasing production in my large backyard. My daughter caught the fever last year and started growing in her own yard. Now my son, who previously had no interest in anything garden related, asked my if I could grow enough to last me a year. When I told him I could. He informed me he would like to do the same. He lives in campus housing but will start growing herbs in his windowsill. With safe food growing scarce we owe it to ourselves to do what we can and stop depending on a broken system. Lawns create huge problems for our waterways and don't give anything in return. We need to change our mindsets.
