Moms who eat organic food have healthier breast milk

 
A study published in the British Journal of Nutrition shows that mothers on organic diets had significantly more conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and trans-vaccenic acid (TVA) in their breast milk than did mothers on conventional diets. These fatty acids are believed to protect against a variety of diseases, including diabetes and colon cancer.
