There are a lot of small cosmetic companies that use safe and natural ingredients in their products, but they will all be put out of business if legislation passes that Campaign for Safe Cosmetics is supporting and promoting. Cosmetic safety is an important issue, but wiping out all the small 'green' companies will hardly solve the problem. check out AMWAY or QUIXTAR cosmetics with propylene glycol in their cosmetics. I have been using home made soap on my hair and body for years with vinegar and water as a rinse and my hair is beautiful. We don't need chemicals only what God makes for us to me healthy.
