The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has given preliminary approval for a new generation of untested GE crops designed to resist multiple herbicide sprayings. This measure fails to consider the human and environmental health risks involved, as well as the possible increased prevalence of herbicide-resistant weeds. The USDA has also restricted the period for public comment, giving you from now through February 6 only.
 
Tell the USDA to consider the impacts of their decision, to publish a thorough Environmental Impact statement, and to extend the public comment period. Learn more and take action
