Boston company builds a business on food waste

Converted Organics, based in Boston, saw a gold mine in the 25 million tons of food waste that annually ends up in landfills and incinerators. They now manage to divert some of this waste from its fate and use state of the art technology to process and sell it as all-natural organic fertilizers.
