Documentary points to obesity as most threatening to Americans

Killer at Large is a documentary about the biggest danger facing Americans today. According to previous U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. Richard Carmona, it is obesity, not terrorism that poses the greatest threat to the United States. In the film’s trailer, he accuses obesity of being “the terror within.” Today two thirds of Americans are overweight and the nation’s children are heavier than ever before, shortening their life expectancies.
